Welcome Diana Best

Diana completed her advanced remedial and sports massage therapy qualifications after 3 years training with AMTS.

She’s also been a practicing therapist for 17 years and in the last 4 years has also trained as a Pilates teacher and 200hr seasonal yoga instructor.

She loves combing her understanding of all of these specialities to help people both on and off the couch with a variety of musculoskeletal aches and pains.

A strong interest in mental as well as physical wellbeing, she’s passionate about working holistically to help bring about an improved sense of wellness for her clients.
