Please note that Border Physiotherapy Clinic requires a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. We expect clients to offer to pay in this situation.
For clients not self paying and coming through an insurance scheme or solicitors, the cost of non-attendance is often not recoverable from your employer/solicitor/private medical insurer therefore any unattended appointments without notice or late cancellation of less than 24 hours notice will be invoiced directly to you and you will be responsible for the payment.
On occasion your employer/health insurance company/solicitor may decline to cover the costs of some or all of your sessions or there may be a long delay before payment. In this case we reserve the right to invoice you directly and you would become responsible in covering the full cost of your treatment.
Before invoicing you, we may ask you to contact your health insurance/employer/solicitor to ask them to speed up the process of paying this.
