Welcome to Brian McGowan

Brian is originally from Ireland and has a Degree and Masters in sports and exercise science and a Postgrad diploma in physiotherapy. He did an internship in cardiac rehab and has worked for the NHS as a physio in the mental health community and inpatient settings treating a variety of MSK and mobility physio conditions. He is a keen outdoors person and enjoys walking, cycling and wild swimming.
