RE-OPENING.

Greetings to all our customers past, present, and future!! We hope that everyone is keeping safe and well.

Many thanks for all your patience over the last 3 months – we hope to move things on in July in keeping with guidelines from government and our own professional bodies .
Some of you will be aware that we have been trying to advise and support you as best we can over the last few months. We have been providing free email and phone call contact where needed, but in the next few weeks we will start to offer face to face consultations, where appropriate, to those struggling to cope with their symptoms.
We hope towards the end of July to be able to open more appointments.

There will be some changes to the way the clinic runs and there has been an increase in prices
Below you will find price details, assurances, and rules.
PRICES – Physiotherapy – new patient £50, review £45
Massage therapy – new patient £40, review £ 35
However, during the month of July all physiotherapy appointments will be £45, and massage therapy £35

ASSURANCES
We are operating within government and our professional bodies guidelines (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy; Physio First)
-A face to face appointment will only be organised if initial strategies have not been successful and further input is deemed appropriate. This will be a discussion and a shared decision between practitioner and patient.
-You will only be offered an appointment after the clinician has phoned, carried out a risk assessment and screened you as suitable for a face to face appointment.
-We have protocols in place which are available for viewing at the clinic.
-When within 2 metres of clients clinicians will wear full PPE recommended by our professional bodies.
-Staff will only be at work if they are well and have not knowingly been in contact with any person with confirmed COVID 19 in the last 14 days.
-Appointment times will be lengthened and staggered to allow thorough cleaning between patients.
-Appointments will be organised to allow social distancing and there will be a one-way flow through the clinic, with clients exiting at the rear of the building.

RULES
Appointments will be made by telephone only. Please do not enter the building without an appointment.
If you have become unwell or your circumstances have changed since your screening phone call please phone the clinic.
Do not enter the clinic more than 5 mins before your appointment time.
Attend alone if possible.
Wear a mask.
Pay at the beginning of your appointment : payment will be contactless or pre-paid over the phone.
You will be asked to sanitise your hands on entering and leaving the clinic.
Exit the rear of the building and stay close to the wall until reaching the front of the building where it is safe to cross to the car park. There will be cones to guide you.

Please feel free to contact us with any queries. The reception will be manned intermittently from Monday 13th July. The phones will be busy, and it is not always possible to answer every call immediately as the phone consultations and screening process takes some time. Please leave a message, and be assured, we will call you back. Alternatively you can submit an enquiry via the website. From this date, if you require some distanced clinical guidance there may be a charge. We will make you aware of this when you first make contact. For all our regular customers who are not in immediate needs of our services, be assured we will contact you to arrange appointments for you towards the end of July/beg August.
Thank you all for your ongoing support.
